What does “LIFE” really mean?
LIFE means that Xcut will replace any product that is “faulty” for the lifetime it is produced – and for 3 years after it has been discontinued. This guarantee covers any fault with the materials or workmanship of the assembled product. (This does not extend to normal wear and tear or accidental damage or misuse.)
Under this Xcut guarantee, any product found to be faulty (in accordance with the above description of ‘fault’) will be replaced with an identical or similar (replacement) item. No cash refunds will be given, and this does not affect your statutory rights.
An item may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer’s defect, with accompanying original receipt proof of purchase. If you have a Xcut product that you think is faulty then please contact the store that you purchased the item from for a replacement. Please retain your packaging and receipt as proof of purchase.
