A Letter For our Customers

Dear Customers,

What an amazingly busy week it has been, Lynette Carroll and myself set off late last week to Perth to begin our CHA Roadshow (Where we travel around with samples of all the new release products from CHA so our customers can see, touch, feel and be inspired by these products and order for their stores).

We had a great start to the week in Perth on Monday, with lots of customers making the time to visit us and see all the new releases. Then on Tuesday morning we were up at the crack of dawn (well maybe a bit before) to catch our flight to Adelaide, where we met with our local and regional customers. Wednesday we made our way to Melbourne and had our local rep, Jennifer join us for the day at our Docklands Apartment. It was great to see some familiar faces and put the names and faces together. Up early again Thursday morning to fly to our last stop for the week in Sydney, after our short flight delay, we really enjoyed the spacious room and displaying all our new release products.  I really enjoy the time out of the office to chat to all our customers and see what they are up to and how their businesses are going. The time just flies by and before I know it the day is over.

The excitement for our Creative Block event in April is really building, with so much to offer our retailers, who would want to miss out!  The new addition to our family – Sizzix along with the Tim Holtz Alterations collection was also on everyone’s shopping list.

Thank you to all our customers that were able to visit, and I look forward to seeing you again soon – If you missed out this time around, don’t forget to look out for our next round the nation trip in February 2011!
